This role leads high‑impact, 360‑degree marketing and communication strategies that advance equitable access to sexual and reproductive health (SRH) resources. The position oversees the organization’s digital footprint, guides creative production for events and physical activations, and ensures an innovative, inclusive, and culturally responsive public presence.

The role also drives digital marketing and communication efforts for key brands – Safe2Choose, HTU, and FindMyMethod – requiring strong expertise in digital platforms, audience‑centered communication, and sensitive, inclusive messaging within the SRHR space.

Women First Digital is seeking a Monitoring & Evaluation – Client Feedback Lead to develop and implement a multi-channel strategy for gathering high-quality, actionable feedback from users of our platforms, particularly those seeking abortion information or referred for abortion care. This includes product testing of our products.

We are looking for someone who is creative, resourceful, and experienced in driving participation across different contexts and among difficult-to-reach groups – especially young people aged 15-34, who may be hesitant to complete surveys or engage directly.

Partnerships Coordinator – Francophone West Africa

WFD is seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to provide support for a portfolio of global-level projects, with a focus on Francophone West Africa (FWACA). 

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience with grant/project management, proposal and report writing, and budget development and management.
  • Must have oral and written fluency in French and English. Spanish/Portuguese proficiency is a plus. 
  • Experience with partner/stakeholder management and engagement, including partner identification, outreach, and cultivation, preferably in the sexual and reproductive health space. 
  • Knowledge of FWACA-based stakeholder groups and networks operating in the sexual and reproductive health space. 
  • Adept at developing communication and marketing content and products for different target audiences. 
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including presentation ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and to respond/adapt to quickly changing circumstances.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with little oversight.
  • Immediate availability to work 40 hours per week (full-time).
  • Must have a laptop and a personal phone with a strong and stable internet connection.
